Module Description

This module is designed to introduce the student to the work carried out by the Human Resources department in business organisations.  It covers the selection and recruitment process, induction and appraisal.  This will include the development of job analysis and an understanding of the tools and processes used for selection and recruitment, including interviews.  An awareness of application procedures will also be developed.  The module will encompass knowledge of legal aspects relating to recruitment.
