Is this your first time here?

Your Moodle password is the same as your PC password.

If your password field is pre-filled, please erase this and type in your college account password.

If your password has expired you can reset your password outside of the college by visiting http://desktop.colchester.ac.uk then select the VMware Horizon HTML Access option. Enter your username and password and you will be prompted to reset your password if it has expired.

College Account Holders [Staff and Students]

If you cannot remember your password, contact iltservicedesk@colchester.ac.uk (01206 71 2222) to request a password reset. Please provide your details for us to be able to complete the reset.

If you do this and you are working outside of college at the moment and need to use Moodle immediately, you need to request that you are not forced to change the password on first log in.

When you next log in to a college PC, you can change the password by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del at the same time and selecting ‘Change Password’.

External Contractors

Where you work at the college as an external contractor and use our Moodle VLE, but do not have a college account, please contact faciliteshelpdesk@colchester.ac.uk to request a password reset. Please provide your details for them to be able to complete the reset.

If you do this and you are working outside of college at the moment and need to use Moodle immediately, you need to request that you are not forced to change the password on first log in.
