This module aims to allow the learner a more in-depth look at Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (often referred to as the STEM subjects) and English. It will review their impact on the face of education and employment opportunities for graduates in society.
It will look at how the different key stages interact with these subjects, how a range of school environments deal with implementing these subjects and the importance that is placed upon them both on the educational establishments and the individual learners studying them as well as how they are reported to the Government for inclusion in the national performance tables
